When you meet Rocky and CeCe this is what there back grond looks like
Pemi3 and candence(Pemi3's purple puffle) met CeCe and rocky and decided that they wanted to show you what it looks like when you put on the background.They do not have a stamp so look carefully as there will be no stamp to show you that for in the same room.Any way look at the picture bellow for the background on a penguin player card.
